CEPACOV is a charitable, not for profit and a Non-Governmental Organization, founded in 2006 registered with the Benue State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development and incorporated in 2010 by the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja in line with companies and allied matters act 1990 with the aim of enhancing the quality of life and well-being of the elderly, children and the vulnerable through the provision of an increase range of services for their social, economic, nutritional and healthy well-being.

Our Mission

CEPACOV is committed to making life of the aged, children and the vulnerable; fulfilling, enjoyable and productive by enhancing their access to opportunities and providing them with skills and resources using best practices to improve their well-being and utilize their maximum potentials to project their voice ad achieve their aspirations commensurate with their abilities while contributing to the development of the society.

Our Vision

CEPACOV envisions a Nigerian society free from poverty, disease, ignorance and depression where the aged, children and the vulnerable have equal opportunity to Livelihood and Survival.

Our Goal

To uphold and institute the virtues of recognition and rights, respect for dignity, survival, development, protection and participation and reduce the burden of ignorance, conflicts, disease, social vices and other related problems among the Aged, children and the vulnerable through community oriented programmes.
